Refund Policy – Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant PNG downloads and editable Canva templates), all sales are final. Once an order is placed and files are downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Defective or Duplicate Purchases: If you experience technical issues downloading your files or accidentally purchased the same item twice, please contact us at vezalyashop@gmail.com with your order number. We will gladly help resolve the issue.
