Terms of Service – Strict License & Re-sale Restrictions

By purchasing from Vezalyashop, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

STRICT PROHIBITION ON RE-SELLING:

  • NO DIGITAL RE-SALE: It is strictly forbidden to resell, sub-license, share, bundle, or redistribute any digital files, PNG designs, or Canva template links purchased from Vezalyashop in any digital format.

  • NO DIGITAL MODIFICATION: You may NOT modify, alter, or combine our designs to resell them as new digital assets or clipart.

  • NO POD DIGITAL UPLOADS: You may NOT upload our digital files to print-on-demand platform market spaces or digital sharing drives.

PERMITTED USE:

  • You are ONLY allowed to use our designs for personal projects or printed directly onto physical end-products (such as physical t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, or physical prints) for sale.

All copyright and intellectual property rights remain strictly with Vezalyashop. Any unauthorized digital distribution or re-sale will result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
